Co-Founder

Alex Jouatte

Alex has a decade of experience recruiting for the ML, Tech, and quantitative trading spaces. Since 2015, he has successfully placed 135 professionals, including Research Engineers, Deep Learning Researchers, and SWEs/Quant Developers. His deep market knowledge and extensive network make him a valuable resource for strategic hiring. Alex's dedication led to his promotion to Partner at age 25 at his previous firm, where he consistently ranked as top performer. When he's not matching talent with opportunity, Alex can be found hunting for the latest culinary gems, globe-trotting with his (soon-to-be) wife, reading, or searching for his ball on the golf course.

Sacha Rinaudo

Sacha began his recruitment journey in 2017 and steadily progressed to Partnership at his previous firm, where he led a team that generated seven-figure revenue in 2023. With a focus on buy-side finance, fintech, and tech startups, Sacha has partnered with top talent and organisations to support their growth. His approach is built on genuine relationships, trust, and a strong sense of professionalism. Before moving to London, Sacha honed his people skills in the luxury hotel world, working at the iconic Carlton Hotel on La Croisette in Cannes, where he learnt the ropes of high-end service and management. Outside of work, you’re likely to find him hiking, scrapping on a rugby pitch, or tracking down his golf ball through the rough (often right next to Alex’s).

How Our Referral Program Works

  1. You introduce us to someone great

  2. They land a role with one of our clients

  3. We show our gratitude with a reward when they pass probation

 

​We'll keep you updated by email at every key stage - from initial contact to placement and reward.

What's the Reward?

  • 1% of the candidate's first year salary (e.g. €1k for a €100k base salary), paid in cash or converted into a gift/experience of your choice!

The Fine Print

  • Rewards are paid after your referral completes their probation (3-6 months, depending on the client)

  • The person needs to be new to us (not already in our database or previously in touch)

  • First to refer gets the reward if there are multiple referrals
